* Should be familiar with documentation concepts and processes
* Write and edit RFP responses, proposals and related documents in conjunction with Business Development Executives.
* Write and edit white papers, case studies, articles & system usage manuals for new/novice users based on interaction with experts.
* Knowledge on Study drawings, specifications, and samples.
* Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes.
* Interact with technical team to bring out product technologies and production methods.
* Proficiency in writing tools like MS Office and Visio.
* Good analytical skill.
* Creating user manual/user documentation for Software Products.
* Able to create and maintain enthusiasm for new and challenging assignments.
